What started as a simple passion for great coffee quickly turned into a mission to master the craft of roasting. The pursuit of the perfect cup led to countless hours of learning, experimenting, and refining - until roasting became more than just a hobby. 

Named in honor of our three sons and inspired by the enchanting world of Harry Potter, our name and coffee flavors are a tribute to both family and the timeless tales that connect us. So whether you’re a wizard, a muggle, or somewhere in between, we invite you to experience the magic in every cup.
